WHEN...From Wednesday morning until further notice. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 26.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 29.2 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
