IMPACTS...At 9.2 feet, Water will be out of the creek at the intersection of Bridge Street and Hillcrest Drive and may also be flowing into the intersection at this stage. Flooding near Damen Street. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:45 PM PDT Saturday the stage was 9.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:45 PM PDT Saturday was 11.5 feet. - Forecast...The river will remain steady near 9.4 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight and continue to recede toward 8.5 feet Sunday afternoon. - Flood stage is 9.2 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.5 feet on 03/30/2012. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor flooding of the low lying areas between Potlatch Idaho and Palouse Washington will occur. Flooding will begin at the Lions Club Community Park and Hayton Greene Park in Palouse. South River Road will likely be flooded where it crosses the Palouse River at Wellesley Rd. The Potlatch softball and baseball fields will see ponding of water. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:30 PM PDT Saturday the stage was 15.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:30 PM PDT Saturday was 15.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to slowly recede falling below 15.0 feet early Saturday night into Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.1 feet on 02/02/2000. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

WHEN...Until noon PDT Sunday. IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 110 PM PDT, Local law enforcement reported flooding in the advisory area. Persistent precipitation over the last 2 days has resulted in high flows on rivers and streams. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
