WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM CDT Thursday. For the Gale Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday evening. IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
