WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 15 expected. WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Alabama. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from 8 PM Monday to 9 AM CDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
