ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 838 PM EST, emergency management reported flooding of numerous streets and roads in and around Friendship. Laugherty Creek is still rising at this moment in time due to runoff from earlier rainfall in northern Ripley County. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... French, Hartford and Friendship. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
