Ross County in south central Ohio... Clinton County in southwestern Ohio... Until 815 PM EDT. At 516 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Chillicothe, Washington Court House, Circleville, Wilmington, Hillsboro, Greenfield, Blanchester, Ashville, Sabina, South Bloomfield, Lynchburg, Leesburg, New Vienna, Kingston, Williamsport, Bloomingburg, Bainbridge, New Holland, Highland Holiday and Rocky Fork Point. WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT. IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 450 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
