WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton, Crawford, Sebastian and Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, McIntosh, Muskogee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah. WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT Saturday. IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and thunderstorms will move slowly southward across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas late tonight through early Saturday morning.
