During Sunday very windy with southwesterly wind and very strong gusts to storm gusts.; What happens?: A deep low pressure area named Dave is moving eastward across southern Scandinavia. In connection with this, very windy weather is expected in large parts of northern Götaland and southernmost Svealand on Sunday. In the middle of Sunday, the wind will begin to increase over the West Coast and during the afternoon there is a risk of storm gusts in most of northwestern Götaland and southernmost Värmland, with 21-26 m/s. During Sunday evening, the wind looks to also affect northeastern Götaland and the areas around Hjälmaren and Mälardalen. During the night towards Monday, the wind will decrease from the west.; What should I think about?: Roads may be blocked by fallen trees or branches. There is a risk of delays or canceled departures in public transport. Anchor and secure loose objects, such as trampolines and garden furniture. Be aware that temporary structures such as scaffolding also can blow away. Risk of damage to forest, for example in felling edges and newly thinned forest. There is a risk of disturbances in electricity and telecommunications networks in areas with overhead lines.; Where?: Large parts of northern Götaland and southernmost Svealand; Comments: The extent of the warning area may be adjusted during Saturday and Sunday as it is somewhat uncertain how far east the strongest gusts will reach.
