ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 11.9 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:00 AM EDT Wednesday was 11.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.1 feet early this morning. ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING... WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Allen IN, Huntington and Whitley. WHEN...Until 430 AM EDT. IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 129 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
