WHERE...The coastal waters from Ocracoke Inlet to Cape Lookout. WHEN...From 6 AM Sunday to 6 AM EDT Wednesday. IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a window of Gale force wind potential in between a warm front lifting northward and a strong cold front approaching from the west Monday afternoon into early Tuesday morning. Southerly winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 12 to 14 ft during this period. Small craft conditions expected to persist into mid-week. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
