WHERE...Black River at Watertown. WHEN...Until Saturday evening. IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Flood stage, farmland flooding begins in the Flats with some roads flooded. Minor damages to riverfront commercial properties in Dexter. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 PM EDT Friday the stage was 10.36 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:30 PM EDT Friday was 10.39 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
