For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and rough bay waters. WHERE...Galveston Bay. WHEN...For the Low Water Advisory, until 4 AM CDT Tuesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 AM CDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels are currently near -2.0ft MLLW across portions of the bay. Mariners should navigate with caution to allow for winds and water levels to improve.
