WINDS...North 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 17 percent. IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will be capable of spreading rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Obey all local burn restrictions and burn bans. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures will create explosive fire growth potential.

WHAT...For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels. For the Gale Warning, north winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts of 40 to 45 kt and very rough bay waters. For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and rough bay waters expected. WHERE...Galveston Bay. WHEN...For the Low Water Advisory, until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 1 AM CDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
