IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northeast winds will reach peak intensity by this afternoon. Winds will then gradually begin to decrease from Monday night into Tuesday morning. The strongest winds are expected near and just to the north of Palmer.
