WINDS...For the Red Flag Warning, north 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. For the Fire Weather Watch, southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For the Red Flag Warning, as low as 17 percent. For the Fire Weather Watch, as low as 13 percent. TEMPERATURES...Up to 68 on Wednesday and up to 71 on Thursday.
