Coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL out 20 NM... Waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM... Until 200 PM EDT. At 115 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 16 nm east of Ocean Ridge to 33 nm east of Palm Beach, moving south at 10 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Severe thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
