Conditions will gradually improve through the afternoon. WHERE...Manitowoc and Kewaunee Counties. WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon. IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Travel should be restricted to emergencies only.
