Low lying agricultural areas flood as well. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:45 AM EDT Monday /2:45 AM CDT Monday/ the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 13.2 feet this morning.
