Flood waters will also cause Township Road 131 to become impassable. In town Water Street, Front Street, and Davis Street are inundated. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.5 feet tomorrow morning.
