Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Gympie, Kingaroy, Cherbourg, Kilcoy, Nambour and Nanango. 47 mm of rainfall was recorded at Laceys Creek in the 30 minutes to 3:10pm. 49 mm of rainfall was recorded at Drapers Crossing in the 30 minutes to 2:45 pm.
