...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 12 PM UNTIL 8 PM FRIDAY ACROSS THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS AND EAST CENTRAL PLAINS DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY... .Strong northwest winds and very low humidity will return Friday along the I-40 corridor of eastern New Mexico from Clines Corners to the Texas border. Northwest winds will weaken and turn northerly and relative humidity values rise after sunset Friday.
