Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. WHERE...Hamilton and Northern Herkimer Counties. WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 2 PM EDT Saturday. IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Heavy snow will reduce visibility to less than a half mile at times. Maximum snowfall rates will reach 1 inch per hour at times. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will develop late this morning into early afternoon and will become heavy at times. Snow will persist in most areas tonight into early Saturday afternoon.
