WHERE...Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Lake Counties in northeast Ohio. Crawford and Erie Counties in northwest Pennsylvania. WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Saturday. IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for those in high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.

WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Vermilion to Geneva-on-the-Lake OH, and the open waters of Lake Erie from Vermilion to Geneva-on-the-Lake OH. WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Saturday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the vessel for hazardous conditions.
