WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and east central, northeast, and southeast Nebraska. WHEN...From 7 AM Sunday to 1 AM CDT Monday. IMPACTS...Very strong winds may cause damage to trees and isolated to scattered power outages. Blowing snow will reduce visibility, down to a quarter-mile or less at times. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Delay travel if possible. If you must travel, use caution on the roads.
