AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 430, 431, 432, 433, 436, and 437. WIND...West winds 30 to 45 mph, with gusts up 70 mph. HUMIDITY...Between 15 and 22 percent. NIGHTTIME RECOVERIES...Between 30 to 45 percent. Some locations near Interstate 25 may be as low as 20 percent early Saturday morning. IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
