WHERE...Portions of Gulf of America. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 4 AM CDT Monday. For the Gale Watch, from late tonight through Monday evening. IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
