For the Gale Watch, seas 14 to 18 ft at 14 seconds and southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt possible. WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR out 10 NM and Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR out 10 NM. WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM PDT Wednesday. Gale Watch, from Wednesday morning through late Wednesday night. IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
