WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. For the Heat Advisory, temperatures 87 to 92 expected. WHERE...Eastern San Fernando Valley and Western San Fernando Valley. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 3 PM PDT Sunday. For the Heat Advisory, from 10 AM to 6 PM PDT Sunday. IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Isolated power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside.
