WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas. WHEN...From 10 AM Sunday to 6 PM CDT Monday. IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Monday morning through Monday evening. WINDS...North 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent. IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will be capable of spreading rapidly.
