For locations between 3000 and 5000 feet, wet snow accumulations of 3 to 10 inches possible. For isolated locations between 5000 and 5500 feet near Mount Hood, accumulations of 10 to 14 inches. Gusts as high as 55 mph. WHERE...North Oregon Cascades. WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...For locations above 5500 feet, expect several feet of wet snow. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Have a winter emergency driving kit readily available. WHERE...A portion of northwest Oregon, including the following county, Clackamas. WHEN...Until 1230 PM PDT. IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 927 AM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
