WHERE...Illinois and Indiana nearshore from Winthrop Harbor, IL to Michigan City, IN. WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 10 PM CDT Monday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
