WHERE...Portions of Eastern Upper and Northern Lower Michigan. WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 8 PM EDT Friday. IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
