At 534 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 19 nm north of Mexico Beach to 21 nm south of Panama City Beach to 44 nm south of Okaloosa Deep Water Reef, moving southeast at 25 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to nearly 50 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage vessels...and create suddenly higher waves.
