...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING... Web cams, satellite imagery, and observation sites indicate that patchy dense fog is impacting locations across southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina this morning. Visibilities could drop to a quarter of a mile or less at times and could vary significantly over short distances on area roadways. Patchy dense fog will likely linger across the region through approximately 9 am this morning before improving. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If driving, slow down and leave extra distance ahead of you in case a sudden stop is needed.
