AFFECTED AREA...Locations near and west of the Interstate 35 corridor. WINDS...Northwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. TEMPERATURES...Up to 86. HIGHEST THREAT...is located near and west of Highway 281. IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that extreme fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and dry vegetation can contribute to extreme fire behavior. Avoid all outside burning and welding today. Do not toss lit cigarette butts outside. Report wildfires to the nearest fire department or law enforcement office.
