Additional snow and sleet accumulations between 2 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. WHERE...Douglas County. WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Sunday. IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavier ice accumulations is favored in the southern portions of the county with snow more favored across the north. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
