WHAT...During the Small Craft Advisory, expect sustained winds up to 22 knots from the northwest with gusts up to 25 knots. The largest significant waves will be 6 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 8 feet. During the Heavy Freezing Spray Warning, heavy freezing spray at a rate of 2 cm per hour or greater may rapidly accumulate on vessels.
