WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central, and southeast South Dakota. WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Friday. IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down tree branches. Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...From 2pm through 7pm, scattered stronger wind gusts will be possible mostly due to the developing showers. A more widespread threat of stronger gusts is still expected to be predominantly overnight. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
