IMPACTS...Strong to damaging winds will blow down tree branches. Some power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Blowing dust will cause impacts to visibility, mainly in the Lower Snake Plain. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.
