Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. WHERE...Manitowoc and Kewaunee Counties. WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT Monday. IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
