WHERE...A portion of east central Florida, including the following counties, Orange, Seminole and Volusia. WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT. IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 611 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Deltona, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, Lake Mary, Longwood, Orange City, Lake Helen, DeBary, Wekiva Springs, Central Florida Zoo, Lake Monroe, Valdez, Enterprise, Sanford Airport, Heathrow and Cassadaga. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
