WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 15 expected. For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 19 expected. WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, southeast, southwest, and western Arkansas. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM CDT this morning. For the first Freeze Warning, until 10 AM CDT this morning. For the second Freeze Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM CDT Tuesday.
