Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. Landslides and debris flows are possible during this flood event. People, structures, and roads located below steep slopes, in canyons, and near the mouths of canyons may be at serious risk from rapidly moving landslides. IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 3.53 kt at 1217 PM Thursday. Seas 8 to 9 ft. Winds ease through the late morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
