WHERE...Small Craft Advisory conditions are expected in all areas north of Cape Blanco, with very steep and hazardous seas north of the Umpqua River Bar. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM PDT Thursday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 8 AM PDT Thursday. IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially treacherous.
