IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 857 PM CDT, Local law enforcement reported flooded roads and viaducts in Chicago. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Area creeks and streams are also near or at bankfull. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
