WHERE...Portions of Gulf of America. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM to 10 PM CDT Sunday. For the Gale Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday afternoon. IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southerly to southwesterly winds will begin to increase early Sunday morning. Winds sharply shift to northerly in the wake of a strong cold front on Sunday evening with increasing wind speeds. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
