ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 500 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooded roads in Decatur. Minor flooding continues in low lying and poor drainage areas. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will linger this morning, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
