IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Water is flowing over Highway 56 east of Viola. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.1 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.3 feet on 08/14/2010. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
