IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Patchy blowing dust may reduce visibility. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest winds expected in the Hanford area, and over higher elevations and exposed ridges. The primary window of strongest winds is expected 8 pm to 2 am.
