For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce visibility to less than 1 NM. WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Wind Point to Winthrop Harbor IL. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM CDT Friday. For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening. IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
